8. The Marriage license fee is $30.00 at any Virginia Circuit Court office. The fee for the Marriage Commissioner is set by the State Code of Virginia at $50.00 if you come to our location or $70.00 if we travel to the Virginia Beach location of your choice. (Gratuities are thankfully accepted, but not required)
